Hotelspeaker and Ghent University are joining forces

Hotelspeaker and Ghent University are joining forces and will start a partnership in the coming two years. The aim of this collaboration is to contribute to the generation and dissemination of research-based knowledge about online reviews and reputation management in the tourism sector. A number of researchers at the Department of Translation, Interpretation and Communication of Ghent University have specialized in this theme, and the collaboration with Hotelspeaker enables them to further anchor their focus on webcare research. For Hotelspeaker, this type of research is extremely relevant, since research-based knowledge can be used to increase the quality of written responses to reviews. All Hotelspeaker customers can thus enjoy the scientific approach that Hotelspeaker uses when answering reviews.
